The WhaleWorks pathway

One mission.
Seven connected programs.

Young people can enter through belonging, technology, creativity, enterprise, careers, wellness, or innovation—then move between pathways as their confidence and interests grow.

Why the model is connected

Young people do not grow in a straight line.

A participant may arrive for a safe place after school, discover an interest in music or computer building, develop leadership through a team project, gain workplace experience, and eventually return as a mentor.

01Meet people where they are. No single interest or skill defines a participant.
02Make progress visible. Projects, portfolios, credentials, and leadership milestones build momentum.
03Connect learning to the community. Schools, families, employers, volunteers, and specialists strengthen every pathway.

A regional ecosystem
