WhaleWorks Program 01

Safe Haven Youth Center

A trusted place to belong, connect, and discover what comes next.

Foundation pathway

Safe Haven is the welcoming front door to WhaleWorks—a consistent after-school environment where young people can receive support, build relationships, explore interests, and move into deeper learning pathways at their own pace.

Core experiences

Learning that is active, practical, and connected.

Each experience can stand alone, but the strongest results come from sustained participation, trusted mentorship, and progression into other WhaleWorks pathways.

  • After-school homework and study support
  • Trusted mentors and positive role models
  • Structured recreation, enrichment, and community meals
  • Family and school communication
  • Leadership and peer-mentor development
  • Introductions to every WhaleWorks academy
