Connect
Build relationships with caring adults, peers, and community supports.
WhaleWorks Program • 06
Strengthen resilience through connection, creativity, trusted support, and referral.
WhaleWorks is not a clinical provider. Our role is to create supportive environments that reduce isolation, encourage healthy expression, strengthen protective relationships, increase resource awareness, and connect families with qualified professionals and community services when appropriate.
Core experiences
Each experience can stand alone, but the strongest results come from sustained participation, trusted mentorship, and progression into other WhaleWorks pathways.
Participant journey
Young people can enter at different stages and move forward at a pace that reflects their interests, readiness, and goals.
Build relationships with caring adults, peers, and community supports.
Learn practical language for emotions, stress, resilience, and help-seeking.
Use healthy expression, reflection, movement, creativity, and communication.
Connect with qualified providers and community resources when additional care is needed.
What success can look like
WhaleWorks will establish specific measures with funders, schools, families, and implementation partners as each cohort launches.
Development roadmap
These are planning targets—not donation checkout amounts—and may adapt as facilities, partners, and implementation details develop.
Workshops, creative activities, mentor training, and resource materials.
Professional partnerships, family events, and broader access.
A dedicated mentoring, reflection, and community wellness environment.
Program design, timing, enrollment, and services remain subject to funding, facilities, staffing, safety requirements, and formal partner agreements.
