WhaleWorks Program 06

Mental Health & Community Wellness

Strengthen resilience through connection, creativity, trusted support, and referral.

Wellness pathway

WhaleWorks is not a clinical provider. Our role is to create supportive environments that reduce isolation, encourage healthy expression, strengthen protective relationships, increase resource awareness, and connect families with qualified professionals and community services when appropriate.

Core experiences

Learning that is active, practical, and connected.

Each experience can stand alone, but the strongest results come from sustained participation, trusted mentorship, and progression into other WhaleWorks pathways.

  • Mentorship and trusted relationships
  • Creative expression, movement, and reflection
  • Prevention and wellness education
  • Family and community engagement
  • Resource navigation and referral partnerships
  • Spaces designed for calm, dignity, and connection
